LostEnRoute.com’s sole mission is to be a centralized resource for travelers and commuters to reconnect with items they may have lost during their trip.  In designing and developing an effective web presence for the company, we thought extensively about the mindset of the user who would be accessing the site.  Considering the often frantic nature of someone who has lost something valuable, we set out to streamline the process of getting the information from them -only showing screen content that pertained to their needs specifically (“I Lost Something” , “I Found Something”).  Knowing that the majority of site visitors would also be accessing the interface via a mobile device, all screen content was mindfully configured to fit the largest common denominator of mobile platforms (Android, iPhone, Blackberry, Tablets, etc.)
